Certification by experience
Already working in your field? Apply with your work experience and documents. We evaluate your profile and, once approved, you complete a short training or assessment to receive your certificate.
How it worksCertification course
Learn the skills from the start in a short, practical course of around three months — live online or at a local study centre — and earn your certificate on completion.

Six steps to your certificate
Step 1
Create your account
Register in a minute — we email you a welcome message with the next steps.
Step 2
Complete your application
Add your personal details, address and work experience, upload your documents and choose your certificate.
Step 3
We evaluate your profile
Our admissions team reviews every application within 2–3 working days and may ask for more information.
Step 4
Pay the registration fee
Once approved, we email you a link to pay the CHF 250 registration fee online.
Step 5
Training & assessment
You are registered and start your training or assessment — online or at a study centre.
Step 6
Receive your certificate
On completion you receive a GIPM certificate with an ID anyone can verify online.

- Paid online by card, or by bank transfer.
- Confirms your registration for the certificate you chose.
Course fees
The fee for each certification course is shown on its course page and is separate from the registration fee.
If you study at a local GIPM study centre, the centre confirms your course fee and you may pay it at the centre. Always keep the receipt.

Experience
For certification by experience, you need relevant work experience in the field — usually at least two years. Tell us about your roles and employers in your profile; reference letters help us decide faster.
Certification courses have no experience requirement.
Intakes
Applications are open all year and reviewed within 2–3 working days.
Courses run in regular intakes — the next start dates and remaining places are shown on each course page.
Online payments
Pay securely, your way
Card
Pay by debit or credit card on Stripe's secure checkout page. We never see or store your card number.
Bank transfer
Transfer to our Swiss franc (CHF) account using your reference number. Your payment is confirmed once it reaches our account.
At a study centre
Studying at a local centre? Course fees can be paid there — we record your payment against your account.
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF). Cards from any country are accepted — your bank converts the amount. We email you as soon as your registration fee is received.
For employers
